1. Gather the figures you know
Add asset values and outstanding liabilities. Use estimates only when you choose, and identify uncertain values in the entry name. Nothing is imported from a bank.
2. Give the month a shape
Add income and monthly expenses. Review the savings allocation and remaining surplus or deficit. Budget debt payments are entered separately so you can reflect what actually leaves your account.
3. Test an assumption
Try changed income, expenses or a debt payment. Scenarios do not change your base records. Formulas are displayed beside the output.
4. Keep the conversation useful
Select priorities and print, copy or download your snapshot. The snapshot is an organizational brief for your own review or a conversation with an appropriate professional.
Local means local
Records persist only in this browser when storage is available. They are not synchronized across devices. Clearing browser data removes them. Reset controls and Delete My Local Data remove this tool’s saved records; copies you downloaded or printed remain under your control.
